Mini Pumpkin Pies

Using the recipe on a can of Libby's pumpkin puree, and a can of Pillsbury crescent dough. Baked in a muffin tin at 350F for 20 minutes, embellished with a walnut half and/or some whipped cream and cinnamon. Bite-sized delight (after all, pumpkin IS good for you!)
