Arancini? Gesundheit!
Yummy rice balls: day old, cooked jasmine rice, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper, and a little beaten egg. Mix, shape into balls, put a cheese cube inside, roll in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, deep fry until golden. Serve with Marinara sauce (hey, the tomatoes in the sauce make it practically health food!) =D
