• awesome silk fabric (souvenir from China given to us): $0
• duck tape & a borrowed staple gun: $0

= Awesome DIY headboard: Awesome!

(It's all duck taped and stapled together! Didn't sew a single stitch! Oh, my mother would be SO proud of me (NOT)!)
